Garden peas of lagrima, small fresh beans, small green peppers of Ibarra, asparagus, ceps, spring chanterelles, artichokes, bonito, anchovies and red peppers of Gernika, are a few of the seasonal and regional products we cook. These fresh products, specific to each season, come directly from our ports, mountains and large gardens.
